Job Description: We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for a 3-month project in Sterling, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to assist with construction and maintenance tasks on the project site. Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Pay: $25 - $35/hr
Per Diem: $120/day (days worked)
Looking for: - GPS Heavy Equipment Experience
- Dozers/Finish Graders
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the construction industry.
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation: - Competitive hourly wage (to be discussed during the interview process).
- $120/day per diem to cover daily expenses.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
