About the Role As a Scientific Writer on the Model Behavior team, you will play a crucial role in defining how AI communicates with users. Your work will help shape AI-human interactions through thoughtful, well-crafted writing that enhances the user experience. We're looking for skilled, versatile writers who are passionate about writing, technology, and user experienceespecially those who can refine voice and style to create compelling, natural interactions. Responsibilities Produce high-quality writing across a range of topics, tones, and formats, with a focus on conversational interactions. Collaborate with the Model Behavior team to refine, edit, and annotate writing on a fast-paced timeline. Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to voice and style guidelines.
