We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders efficiently.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their inquiries.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries and ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
