We’re a fast-growing, independent social media agency, creating culture-defining content for brands like Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo, and Samsung. With rapid expansion in the US, we’re looking for freelance Senior Content Creators in New York to work on a leading grocery chain/food experience/FMCG brand .

This role requires a startup mentality —someone who thrives in fast-paced environments , takes ownership, and delivers high-impact, social-first content that stands out.

The Job

• Content Strategy & Ideation – Develop and pitch creative ideas tailored for social platforms.
• Multi-Platform Content Creation – Produce engaging short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook .
• Trend Spotting & Research – Stay ahead of food, grocery, and FMCG trends , ensuring content remains relevant and engaging.
• Copywriting & Storytelling – Craft compelling captions, scripts, and post copy that bring the brand to life.
• Project Management – Oversee multiple content projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to publication.
• Influencer & Brand Collaborations – Identify and collaborate with key creators in the food, culture, and lifestyle space .

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating social-first content for brands, ideally within FMCG, food, or retail .
• A startup mindset —proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement tactics .
• Ability to shoot, edit, and produce content end-to-end .
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and design platforms (Canva, Photoshop, Figma) is a plus.
