Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and support K-12 students through remote therapy services. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students overcome speech and language challenges, fostering their academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders through comprehensive evaluations.
Develop tailored therapy plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on assessment results and student goals.
Provide engaging and effective remote speech therapy, offering both individual and small group sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students' speech and language needs are supported both in the classroom and at home.
Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans to ensure continued success.
Keep detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and IEP progress.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
Previous experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations is highly valued.
Experience with teletherapy or remote services is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation is beneficial.

Salary: $ 30.00 40.00 Per Hour
