Job Description

We are actively seeking an outgoing and experienced Accounting & Finance Senior Recruiter to join our growing sales and recruiting teams at our Midtown East location in New York City.

This role involves managing a full cycle desk with a focus on filling entry level to C-level accounting and finance roles within private equity, real estate, investment banking, fashion and creative firms.

Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting and solid understanding of the accounting and finance industry or proven agency experience working on A&F roles.

In this role you will:

• Partner closely with the candidate and client throughout the rigorous, full-cycle recruiting process
• Attend client kick-off meeting and progress calls
• Draft tailored job specifications for searches
• Identify top talent with the use of candidate search engines, social media tools, job postings, and referrals
• Thoroughly screen candidates to assess skill level, experience and cultural fit in relation to each roles requirements and responsibilities
• Utilize our CRM software to track active searches and candidates throughout the search process
• Provide interview preparation, feedback, and manage the interview process
• Negotiate, present and close offers
• Conduct extensive reference checks on final selected candidate(s)
• Coordinate with Compliance on candidate background checks
• Build a book of new business and grow relationships with existing clients

Our ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree; major in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting/executive search services and/or professional services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong interest in a career in the recruiting industry
• The ability to multi-task with a meticulous attention to detail in an extremely fast-paced environment
• The capacity to maintain the utmost professionalism, confidentiality and integrity
