Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a lasting impact on students' lives. In this remote role, you will provide crucial speech and language therapy to students across Minnesota using teletherapy platforms. Your expertise will help students overcome speech and language challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech and language therapy to students with a wide variety of disorders, from articulation issues to language delays.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring that they receive the support required for their success.
Work closely and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals through virtual meetings to coordinate efforts and ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Utilize telepractice tools effectively to provide therapy and assess student progress, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and IEPs in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, with a solid understanding of school-based therapy needs.
Comfortable and confident in using virtual platforms and teletherapy tools to provide therapy and manage student progress.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
