We are currently seeking a Remote SAP Security Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Ntt Data is seeking a SAP Security Analyst to work with the “Materials, Warehouse, and Inventory Management value stream” of the SAP Platform Services team. In this role reporting directly to the SAP Operations and Delivery Manager, you will be a critical part of a team providing support for the “end-to-end MM/WM/IM value stream” in the SAP production environment.  You will work directly with our business users and business SMEs on tickets that may involve functional configuration, functional and light technical analysis – solution development – testing – validation – documentation, troubleshooting, data validation and correction and/or end user training. You will also be responsible for timely resolution of end-user tickets to meet Service Levels and KPIs, standard monitoring activities, working with users to gain clarification on issues and understand requirements, coordination of user acceptance testing, documentation and ownership of the tasks required to move changes into production.

What you will do:

• Support the Lead with the SAP security team providing operational and technical security support for the business
• Design, implement, and support SAP security strategy
• Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver SAP security solutions that are appropriate and in alignment with Ntt Data strategic objectives
• Provide technical and architectural leadership for SAP security design and implementation
• Coordinate and maintain access authorization compliance between data owner and users within the access provisioning workflow
• Work with technical team, business process owners, and auditors to ensure information security is compliant with Ntt Data security policies
• Understand and manage compliance requirements and enforce information security directives
• Educate management teams on how to identify risks and design controls to cover those risks
• Maintain document library in SharePoint with up-to-date controls mapping of threats to policies to associating procedures and processes
• Work with Solutions Architecture team to design and implement fits for purpose SAP security solutions
• Responsible for critical access restrictions/audit compliance requirement for tables and reports
• You will work with and support internal and external audit teams
• Working knowledge of authorization reporting and troubleshooting transaction codes / tools including SE16, SU22, SU24, SU25, SU53, SU56, ST01, SUIM, PFCG and reporting
• Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Support teams and Security Center of Excellence Project team
• Provide guidance and analysis on system/Support Pack upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing SAP Security concepts and strategies
• Relevant degree such as: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, Business, Information Technology, Technical, Business/Administration,

Science, Management Information Systems

• Leadership role experience a plus
• SAP security design, configuration, and administration expertise in ECC, CRM, BI/BW, APO, Fiori, and HANA database
• Knowledge of SAP GRC 12.X configuration and administration, GRC BC sets, workflow customization and ruleset
• Configuring security and setting up roles on NetWeaver applications
• Oversees testing
• Experience with ticketing system for example ServiceNow, and ITIL Change Management practice
• Good understanding and experience with audit processes and monitoring

Preferred qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong understanding of SAP Security Audit and Monitoring requirements and methods
• Security design and implementation for assigning users to LDAP group for synch/upload
