We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team as we expand our recruiting efforts to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage interview scheduling and communicate regularly with candidates
• Review applications and identify top candidates for further consideration
• Source candidates using recruiting platforms and other tools
• Maintain detailed records in internal systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Support ad hoc recruiting and operations projects as needed
• Write, edit, and post compelling job descriptions tailored to client needs

Requirements:

• Previous work experience with Republican or conservative political organizations is highly desired
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Confidence with competence, self-starter mentality, and strong professional judgment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
