Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to create and manage artwork for Seasonal and Everyday products across multiple sales channels. Reporting to the VP of Product Design, this role plays a key part in developing products that align with current and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop digital artwork for Seasonal and Everyday product lines for March and September off-cycle launches.
• Manage and integrate licensed artwork from national licensing companies.
• Contribute to line development for January and July product launches.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of artwork for easy access.
• Create and present style board concepts to leadership.

• Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Illustrator— a must .
• Strong hand-drawing or 3D painting skills.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify and follow design trends.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Passion for design.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Knowledge and Software Proficiency:

• Expert-level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

• BA in Graphic Design or relevant certification, or equivalent education and experience.
