Press Operator | Temp to Hire position $20-$25/hr. | On-Site Downingtown, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Training will be provided. More experienced operators may be eligible for day shift work and a higher hourly rate.

A day in the life of a Press Operator

• Operate and adjust printing presses to meet production specifications.
• Set up and configure machinery, ink, rollers, and paper.
• Inspect print quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain inventory of printing materials and supplies.

Requirements for the Press Operator position

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
• Experience as a machine operator or with printing presses is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend/kneel frequently, and lift up to 30 lbs.
