Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Cloud Senior System Architect (SSA) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega cloud-based solutions to meet business requirements.
Lead architectural decisions and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define application requirements and optimize cloud-based Pega applications.
Perform Pega systems administration tasks and ensure platform stability on cloud infrastructure.
Mentor and guide junior developers and system architects, sharing best practices for cloud-based Pega solutions.
Continuously assess and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability on cloud platforms.
Maintain knowledge of Pega and cloud technology trends, ensuring our solutions align with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega development, with proven expertise in cloud-based Pega implementations.
Pega Certification: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent.
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) as they relate to Pega applications.
Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integration, and deployment within a cloud environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Pega DevOps tools, CI/CD processes, and cloud security practices.
Knowledge of database management, cloud networking, and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
