Job Details Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Outpatient Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for the following:
1. Providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting, including but not limited to, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient's condition.
2. Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
3. Educating patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
4. Coordinating patient care with other healthcare providers.
5. Ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established nursing practices and standards.
6. Participating in continuous professional development activities to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
1. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. 1+ years of prior nursing experience.
3. Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong patient education skills with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
6. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies.
7. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
