The Crossroads Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Outpatient Clinical Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in social work and/or counseling, possess an LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS and have minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a clinical role, and have a proven track record of progressive leadership responsibilities serving clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
The Outpatient Services Manager provides support, coaching, mentoring, input, training, and direction for the daily provision of clinical services based on evidence-based practices. This includes medication-assisted treatment, office-based opioid treatment, intensive outpatient services, outpatient group services, and aftercare services. The role involves the development, implementation, and standardization of services, including curriculum and special programs for clinical services offered at The Crossroads Center.

Ensure the efficacy of services provided through outpatient services through direct day-to-day supervision of outpatient clinicians, peer supporters, and care coordinators.

The employee occasionally lifts or moves up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
