Job Description

The Ford Agency is currently looking for an Organizational Development professional to coordinate programs, projects, and initiatives for a growing regulatory association. The person in this role will work closely with the People Operations team and leadership to ensure internal workforce learning, development, and DEI needs are met. This is a one-year contract that starts immediately so apply today!

Responsibilities Include:

• Organize and facilitate development sessions
• Develop standards for trainings and reporting
• Engage with internal teams and management to develop plans and strategies
• Identify capability improvements and partner with external vendors for solutions
• Manage and analyze workplace surveys

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or Instructional Systems Design
• MA in similar field and SHRM or PHR certification, preferred
• 5+ years working in organizational development and change management required
• Experience designing, developing, and executing surveys and programming
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
