NetSuite Consultant Location: Boulder, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled
NetSuite Consultant to lead and support the expansion of a NetSuite implementation. This company is scaling to include manufacturing processes, project management, and warehouse management systems. The NetSuite Consultant will play a key role in customizing and optimizing NetSuite modules, ensuring seamless integration, and providing real-time visibility for projects and operations. This role requires expertise in NetSuite, a strong background in Accounting and Finance, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures to support financial audits and future growth.
Key Responsibilities of the NetSuite Consultant: - NetSuite Customization & Implementation:
- Expand the current NetSuite implementation to include the Project Module, WMS, and work orders.
- Customize fields and processes within the Project Module to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Develop scalable solutions for tracking costs, budgets, and subprojects within a $65M plant project.
- Input and manage government contract details within NetSuite.
- Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Establish processes to manage and report on manufacturing operations and project costs.
- Enhance reporting capabilities to provide real-time visibility into transactions and project progress.
- Develop cost structures and project management workflows for process manufacturing.
- Team Training & Support:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NetSuite and train team members on new features and modules.
- Provide guidance on how to effectively use NetSuite to manage project workflows and WMS.
- Documentation & SOP Development:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes to support financial audits and scalability.
- Develop SOPs to ensure consistent use of NetSuite across departments.
- Future Planning:
- Build a strong foundation in NetSuite that can support future CRM implementation.
- Research and implement best practices for scaling process manufacturing within NetSuite.
NetSuite Consultant Qualifications: - Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience implementing and customizing NetSuite, especially the Project Module and WMS.
- Strong background in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to align financial outcomes with operational processes.
- Advanced Excel skills for cost structure and reporting.
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to research, develop, and implement scalable processes.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex systems and workflows to cross-functional teams.
- Preferred:
- Experience in process manufacturing and project management.
- Familiarity with government contracts and audit preparation.
