Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical suite staff, and purchasing departments Not on call Requirements : 1+ yrs experience in surgical device sales, Associate Sales Rep, or Surgical Case Coverage. Ideally looking for someone familiar with the operating room and surgical products. Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business Track record of consistent over quota attainment and solid sales achievements Someone driven, motivated, and can grow a territory Ability to travel Compensation : 45-55 base salary, 90-110K+ total 1st year, uncapped commissions, extra bonuses, car allowance + Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits.
