Medical Device Sales Representative
A growing leader in the marketplace is seeking a self-motivated, proven Sales Representative to join our team. The steady, rapid growth of our company has created the need to hire someone who can step in and immediately develop sales. The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing sales in the medical industry.
Base Salary Plus Commissions
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our medical devices to healthcare professionals, including physicians and physicians’ assistants.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Create, maintain, and execute a successful sales plan to grow Sales.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and implementation with healthcare providers.
• Through personal efforts, find, contact, and negotiate with potential customers to develop business, create demand, and close opportunities.
• Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
• Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits.
• Expertise in relationship/consultative sales process.
• Attend virtual sales meetings to stay up to date on industry trends.
Essential Qualifications:
• Verifiable experience (two years or more) in developing and executing sales in the medical device industry.
• Verifiable experience in marketing and promotional programs for clients in the medical device industry.
• Strong experience in Customer Service, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to build sales revenue on a continuous basis.
• Proven track record of successful medical device sales
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office suites.
• Must be self-motivated, driven, and personable.
• Able to cover multiple states throughout the South and Southwest.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Clean driving record
