Job Description

Join a remote-first game development team passionately working on an action MOBA for PC and Consoles, currently in Early Access. We are looking for a Marketing Producer to orchestrate and execute marketing campaigns for our free-to-play MOBA game. This role involves close collaboration with marketing and production teams to ensure the effective coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously improve marketing workflows within the team and across functions, aligning with business goals to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop campaign processes for user acquisition and other marketing activities, adjusting based on insights from market research and player feedback.
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets, including trailers, promotional art, social media content, and in-game advertisements.
• Oversee internal campaign communications, track approvals, and manage timelines and blockers effectively.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, managing budgets, and tracking expenditures.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years in a producer or project management role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proven effectiveness in identifying and facilitating process, workflows, and delivery pipelines.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with marketing processes and channels, including digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in using organizational tools like Miro, Airtable, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Passion for video games, particularly in the MOBA genre, with an understanding of gaming communities and player preferences.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the games industry, particularly in marketing or producer roles.
• PMP or other project-management certification.
• Experience with PC/console MOBA-shooters.
