Job Overview

USBid, Inc. an umbrella corporation consisting of USBid, WBParts, and AAA Test Lab seeks a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness through email, social media, and traditional marketing means, as well as continuously improve and optimize SEO and PPC performance. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and practical implementation. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with our business goals. Ability to work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment supporting three distinct business units.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Leverage deep understanding of Google Analytics to develop and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and e-commerce sites.
• Oversee trade show strategies and logistics
• Drive creative development including value propositions, logos and branding, tag lins, and email campaign construction
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Skills

• Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices.
• Deep experience in Google Analytics and PPC implementation
• Hubspot CRM and marketing automation
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies.
• Ability to conduct thorough research for informed decision-making.
• Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with HTML for basic email design and web content management.
• Expertise in content marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including e-commerce strategies.
• Proficient in social media marketing tactics to enhance brand presence online.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required
• Experience with aerospace and defense products a plus
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool required
