We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing initiatives for our property management services.

Responsibilities:

Property Strategy & Budget:

  • Assist in the management and execution of the property marketing plan, digital audits and marketing calendars for the portfolio.
  • Assist in the management and execution of the property marketing budgets for the portfolio.
  • Assist in the execution of ILS marketing contracts, manage performance, expiration dates and make recommendations regarding opportunities to improve community leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Inform the Marketing Director of current market conditions and competitor performance which may impact Presidium’s communities.
  • Use market and industry knowledge to source prospective residents and generate traffic for all communities.
  • Manage and review weekly reports to monitor performance (traffic, occupancy, renewals, etc.) and top marketing sources relative to established benchmarks by the Marketing Director or Regional Director. Determine opportunities and work closely with each Community Director to make recommendations and improve trend performance.
  • Manage biweekly and monthly marketing calls with each team and Regional Director to discuss agenda items.
  • Coordinate onsite visits for marketing management and support including outreach marketing, digital audits, market tours, locator events, etc. determined from the marketing calls. Execute and manage the collateral, market data, branding, photography, signage, promotional flyers and other additional marketing items to support the onsite teams.

Corporate & General:

  • Assist with New Hire Training for Presidium Marketing Items.
  • Order new hire items as needed and assist with access and training on marketing platforms such as Canva, the Presidium Store, Email Marketing, RentCafe, Yardi CRM IQ and SoCi.
  • Work with Trainer and Director for initial marketing visit with new team member. 
  • Corporate - Manage Company Store and Communicate with teams any new branding items.
  • Corporate – Execute any corporate and special projects collateral as needed from the Marketing Director, COO and President of Property Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 Years Lease-up and New Development Experience a must.
  • 2 Years Digital Marketing (GTM Tracking, Google Analytics, SEO, & PPC) and Strategic Marketing preferred.
  • Location –  Dallas, TX or Austin, TX.
  • Schedule – Onsite.
  • Travel (30%).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Yardi, Mailchimp, and Canva experience a must.
