Pay: Depending on experience Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Follow the marketing director's instructions and provide administrative support for the marketing team. Communicate professionally with vendors and corporate team members. Create and manage content for marketing materials such as websites, e-blasts, and presentations. Develop and maintain technical documents like specifications and compliance manuals. Assist with corporate event planning and execution, as well as managing digital and printed files. Work with software tools to edit and develop forms, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and update social media accounts. Prepare reports, format documents, and handle general office duties while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing and Marketing experience. Experience with SEO writing and utilizing AI components, Adobe suite and Constant Contact.
