Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the supervision of the provider.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.


• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment. If required, must obtain within 90-days of job placement.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $20.75 - $29.25 per hour
