Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Providing clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff
Completing intake assessments and reviewing treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record
Supporting new staff through orientation by modeling and coaching
Providing weekly clinical and task supervision to staff team members
Modeling the process of opening new cases, including initial home visits
Ensuring quality management and compliance with service delivery standards
Promoting positive relationships within the community and with other service organizations
Skills You Need
Independent NY state licensure (LCSW or LMHC)
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians in a home or community setting
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills
