What You’ll Do

• Build and Own : Work across our technology stack, from our Python back-end to our Next.js front end
• Scale AI-Native Features : Develop infrastructure that powers our AI-driven modules (Workflows, Atlas, Compass, Assistant), optimizing for performance, reliability, and user productivity.
• Architect Solutions : Shape key technical decisions, guiding best practices for AI Agent design, AI integration, data pipelines, and cloud architecture
• Iterate Quickly : Embrace a fast-paced environment, shipping MVPs, gathering feedback, and refining solutions to meet the needs of world-leading life science organizations.

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for building software products
• Full Stack Proficiency : Strong Python and TypeScript skills
• AI Agent and Workflow Experience : Familiarity with building AI agents and AI-driven workflows, managing large datasets, and optimizing performance in real-world applications.
• Collaboration & Communication : Eagerness to work in-person at our Boston office 4 days a week, bringing energy, positivity, and focus to a high-intensity environment.
