Full Time Live-in House Manager/Pet Companion – Savannah, GA $50,000 per year

A professional couple is seeking an experienced Full Time Live-in House Manager / Pet Companion to help manage their home. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and flexible, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a well-kept household. Must be pet friendly.

• Salary: $50,000 per year (guaranteed weekly pay)
• Schedule: Generally 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM , with flexibility as needed
• Start Date: Mid-February to early March
• 2 Weeks Paid Vacation/ 2 Sick days / 3 personal Days Major Federal Holidays Off & Paid
• Live-in accommodations: private carriage house on the property

• Caring for two small dogs and one cat (feeding, walking, and general supervision)
• Light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining a tidy home
• Managing the household while the owners travel
• Assisting with occasional events, such as cocktail parties (basic food prep, setup, and cleanup)

Housekeeping Duties

Daily Tasks:

• Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors
• Wipe down kitchen counters, sink, and appliances
• Wash dishes or load/unload the dishwasher
• Take out trash and replace liners
• Make beds and tidy bedrooms
• Clean and disinfect bathroom surfaces
• Wipe down tables and high-touch areas

• Change and wash bed linens and towels
• Deep clean kitchen appliances (microwave, fridge, stove)
• Wipe baseboards, light switches, and door handles
• Dust furniture and polish surfaces
• Do laundry (wash, fold, iron as needed)
• Water plants and check pet areas
• Organize linen closet

Periodically:

• Helping with some grocery shopping

• Helping out with some dinner parties: Doing some cooking prep and cleaning up after

• Prior experience caring for animals and managing a household
• MUST LOVE PETS!
• Must have own vehicle (no car provided)
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility in daily tasks
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Provide 3-5 professional references
