Front-End Developer / Project Lead About Us: We are a dynamic design and development studio specializing in crafting high-impact Webflow websites for a diverse clientele of startups and enterprise companies. We thrive in a collaborative environment, with our team operating in small, agile units to deliver exceptional digital experiences. About the Role: We're seeking a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our team as a Project Lead. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while honing your leadership and client management skills. You will be the driving force behind a small, dedicated team, guiding them to success on a variety of exciting projects. Responsibilities: Technical Development: Develop and maintain high-quality Webflow websites, leveraging your front-end development skills in React, Svelte, Vanilla JavaScript, and APIs. Ensure seamless website functionality and optimal performance across all devices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into pixel-perfect Webflow builds. Implement and maintain website integrations with various third-party services. Stay abreast of the latest Webflow features and front-end development trends. Project Leadership & Client Management: Lead a small team consisting of a Webflow Developer and UI/UX Designer, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Manage client communication, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information through calls and written correspondence. Guide clients through project lifecycles, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns. Analyze client needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in front-end development using React, Svelte, or Vanilla JavaScript. Solid understanding of APIs and experience integrating them into web applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Desirable: Prior experience with Webflow (training provided). Experience leading small teams. Location: ~ South Africa or Latin America Working Hours: ~ Ideally, your working hours would be roughly 10/11 AM to 6/7 PM GMT, with some flexibility. This allows for effective collaboration with our team in Southeast Asia and clients primarily located in the US. Compensation: ~ Up to $2,250 USD per month.
