Elevator Mechanic Troubleshooter

We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Mechanic Troubleshooter to service maintain and oversee the installation of elevators escalators and moving walkways for our clients. This advancedlevel position requires comprehensive expertise in proprietary and nonproprietary elevator systems including drives motors controls and mechanical components.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in elevator maintenance or repair.
• Possession of a CET or NEIEP certification is preferred.
• Candidates with at least 8 years of verifiable experience who can pass the written exam and obtain a state elevator mechanics license will also be considered.
• Pay range : $55 $65 per hour (varies by location).
• Relocation assistance and shortterm housing are available for toplevel candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of elevators escalators and mechanical walkways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Repair or replace defective components.
• Maintain clean safe working environments and ensure proper inventory of tools and supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Relevant mechanical certification.
• Proven expertise with advanced elevator systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in challenging environments.
• Flexibility to travel and work after hours as needed.
• Strong ability to work independently.
