ELECTRIC PALLET JACK OPERATOR ROLES ,

 

Job Overview :

• An Order Selector will select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment in a timely manner.

  Roles and Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders.
• Place items on pallets and move completed orders to the loading dock staging area.
• Operate electric pallet jack and forklift.
• Wrap, label, and ready orders for shipment.
• Observe all safety regulations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain the efficient flow of products through the production process.
• Perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Experience Required :

• Order picking
• Electric pallet jack operating
• RF Scanner use
• Bluetooth headset operation
• Forklift operation
• Inventory management
• Shipping and receiving

Shift and Pay

• The start time will vary anywhere from 3-5pm depending on the night and will work until the job is done.
• Schedule: Sunday- Thursday; Fridays are OT Sun: 3pm- Finish
• Mon, Tues, Thurs: 5PM-Finish Wed: 4pm-Finish
• Pay rate is 18$/hr but with incentive candidates makes 33$/hr

 

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
