In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy across all channels. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales growth.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Strategy and Planning
    • Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with ARCOs overarching goals and regional marketing needs.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor strategies, and monitor industry trends.
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI while ensuring consistency with regional marketing budgets.
  • Pardot Expertise
    • Utilize Pardot to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, leveraging automation to nurture leads and facilitate seamless handoff to business development teams.
    • Design and implement automated workflows in Pardot for lead scoring, grading, and segmentation to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Salesforce Integration
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance data within Salesforce to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, leveraging Salesforce data for improved lead qualification and conversion strategies.
  • Social Media Management
    • Lead the development and execution of ARCOs social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
    • Analyze social media performance to optimize content strategies, drive audience growth, and enhance brand visibility in regional markets.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, generating regular reports to assess KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future marketing strategies and improve overall performance.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy development, campaign management, and digital analytics.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related degree. Advanced degrees or certifications in Digital Marketing or similar fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Pardot. Ability to design and execute automated marketing campaigns, manage lead nurturing programs, and integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems.
  • Expertise in PPC campaign management, including experience with Google Ads or other PPC platforms. Knowledge of keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization to drive measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing websites for search engines.
