SUMMARY

The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining UiPath automations. The position will collaborate with team members to gather requirements, develop code, and implement solutions that enhance user experience.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of RPA development experience using UiPath greatly preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

No specific requirements. UiPath Certification preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring that processes are automated efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and map business processes for automation opportunities.
• Ensure sound engineering design, process, and quality practices are followed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in automated processes, ensuring error-free execution.
• Monitor and maintain RPA environments, ensuring that bots are performing optimally and meeting SLAs.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in RPA technology.
• In conjunction with management, participate in development of long-range planning for new projects and facilities.
• Provide engineering time and effort estimates.
• Facilitate and participate in design and code reviews.
• Assist in software releases and rollouts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
