The
Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Responsibilities - Perform janitorial duties
- Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
- Operate motorized cleaning equipment
- Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Stop at risk behavior of others and self
- Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Maintain clean work area
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
- Fill in during staff shortage
- Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
Qualifications - May be required to have a valid driver's license.
- Completed all safety and task training certification.
- May be required to be forklift certified.
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
- No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
Shifts: FHD: Sunday - Wednesday: 5:00 am - 3:30pm
FHS: Sunday - Wednesday: 9:00 am - 7:30pm
FHN: Sunday - Wednesday: 7:00 pm - 5:30am
BHD: Wednesday - Saturday: 5:00am - 3:30 pm
BHS: Wednesday - Saturday: 9:00am - 7:30pm
BHN: Wednesday - Saturday: 7:00pm - 5:30am
