Construction Service Tech

Shift: Monday Thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Location : St. Rose, LA
Pay Rate: $21.00

Currently seeking Service Technicians with any of the following skills: handyman, basic framing, construction background of framing doors and windows or walls to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations. Our client is looking for skilled and dependable technicians to join their team, this is not a short-term position; it is a career opportunity. Previous experience is required.

Responsibilities:
•Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning.
•Remodeling modular buildings
•Inspect/replace framework
•Tile prep and installation
•Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
•Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
•Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks.
•Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
•Wear and use of personal protective equipment

Requirements:
•Rough Carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub flooring installation
•Remodeling experience
•Background and drug testing
•Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed
