Job Description:
As a Compliance Consultant at Augmentjobs you will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws regulations and industry standards. You will assess and enhance the organizations compliance programs identifying areas of potential risk and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. The role requires strong analytical skills knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to work with crossfunctional teams to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that the company maintains its ethical standards and remains compliant with both local and international regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain compliance programs
Conduct regular audits and assessments of company policies and procedures
Monitor and report on regulatory changes affecting the company
Provide training to staff on compliance issues and best practices
Advise management on compliancerelated matters
Ensure compliance with local national and international regulations
Manage compliancerelated investigations and risk assessments
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Law or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance risk management or corporate governance
Salary Range:
$90000 to $140000
