Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an entry level CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job is 6 - 8 weeks temporary for now but could run longer or go temp to perm.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: High Falls, NY

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC machines by loading and unloading parts.
• Inspect and test parts using a digital micrometer to ensure they meet tolerance specifications.
• Deburr parts using a drill press or belt sander as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Receive training on machine operations to enhance skills.

What's Needed?

• Basic machine operator experience (shop machines) required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
