Chiropractor Portage, WI (40 miles from Madison, WI)

We are currently seeking a full-time Chiropractor (DC) to join our growing Wellness practice in Portage, WI.

Are you comfortable treating and educating the whole family, with all age ranges of patients, including pediatrics and pregnancy? Then we want you and your unique skills and goals to join our team! Duties:
Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging, neurological Chiropractic exam and assessment)
Diagnostic testing including X-ray imaging
Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
Report of findings
Manual Adjustments
Patient education re: treatment and ongoing care
Documentation
Qualifications:
Graduation from an Accredited DC program
Wisconsin License to practice
