Chiropractor Midland, TX

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Midland, TX. We have 2 state of the art facilities, one in Midland and another in Odessa, and the incoming DC will provide coverage for both offices. We are seeking someone with great exam and adjusting skills, rehab knowledge, and preferably with the DOT medical examiner certification.
We are looking for an Associate who enjoys working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a great communicator and adjuster, who is passionate about the many benefits of chiropractic care! We offer a wonderful work life balance, with days on Friday and no weekend hours. We are not looking for a soft touch adjuster and we utilize Diversified, Gonstead, and some activator techniques within our practice.

We are a well-established practice that combines chiropractic care, spinal decompression, many different physical therapies, muscle work, and nutrition to provide excellent care for our patients.

Duties:
Perform initial exams/consultations (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays, write reports
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment care plans that focuses on the patient"s overall health and wellbeing
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, nutritional support, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
Chiropractic Care- Manual adjustments, Diversified, Gonstead, and some activator, rehab stretches and exercises, various therapies and modalities, converting pain patients to wellness care plans
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Performing DOT exams
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in TX
DOT medical examiner certification preferred
Schedule:
Full time (Mon- Friday with Friday office hours ending at 1)

Salary:
$100k annually plus bonus compensation
