In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment..
