Position Summary:

WF is seeking a current CADC-R that is on the way to certifying for our Outpatient Counselor Assistant role.

Counselor Assistants support the Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs by providing essential clinical support for our clients and certified clinicians. This includes treatment group coverage, client education, clerical Support, and health records management.

Location: Willamette Family Downtown Treatment Center (Eugene, OR)

Schedule: Monday- Friday 12 PM- 8:30 PM

Compensation: $20.00 / hour (Hourly, non-exempt)

Position Type: Full-Time with Benefits

Counselor Assistant Minimum Qualifications:

• CADC-R in progress through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO)
• High school / GED Completion

Willamette Family Employment Requirements:

• Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
