Clinivise is building next-generation compliance and clinical management software for behavioral health services. We're seeing impressive market validation with a growing waitlist of eager users and increasing demand for our solution. We're now looking to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities to take our platform to the next level.

The Role:

As our founding AI Engineer, you'll lead the development and integration of advanced artificial intelligence systems into our healthcare SaaS platform. This isn't just another engineering position—you'll be architecting the AI foundation of a healthcare technology startup that's already gaining traction. You'll work directly with founders, have significant input on technical decisions, and see your work make an immediate impact on healthcare delivery.

Technical Requirements:

• 2-10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong CS fundamentals
• Proven expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and production deployment
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and building autonomous agent systems
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience designing and deploying AI system architectures that can scale efficiently in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with healthcare data structures and/or HIPAA compliance a plus

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
