My client, with offices in Rivera Beach, is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk to join their accounting department. This position will enter billing information into the data base and will work with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

Duties

• Strong and accurate data entry
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Work with internal departments to ensure proper billing
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Work with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and or adjustments
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing and payment issues.

Skills

• At least 2 years of billing/invoicing experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Strong use of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Excel
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members.

This is an immediate need. The position is looking for someone that can interview and start immediately.
