Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth revenue cycle management. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Temp to hire, offering $21-22.00/hr. Located in Garden Grove

Responsibilities

• Collection calls to address and resolve outstanding receivables.
• Reduce aging receivables over 61 days.
• Release orders from credit hold pending on queue.
• Research, reconcile and resolve aging accounts in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain accurate resale certificates for AR files
• Utilize effective credit references.
• Utilize data and reports to address and facilitate collection requirements.

Requirements

• Two to three years of B2B collections experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent and effective written, communication and customer service skills.
• Effective attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast pace and high volume environment.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Effective critical thinking skills.
• Effective independent research ability skills.
