What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and build rapport.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • A good understanding of technology products, software solutions, and SaaS platforms.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track interactions and generate reports.
  • A proactive, customer-centric approach to account management.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • You may need to travel to customer sites occasionally.
  • You'll use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods.
  • Occasionally, you might need to lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
  • You'll need to be able to read, see, hear, and speak clearly.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, daylight hours, with extra time as needed to get the job done.
